1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Index-Edge.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is owned and operated by Compound Research LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of Service
Index-Edge.com provides systematic, rules-based model portfolio analytics, performance data, and rebalance history for informational and educational purposes. Certain content, including current portfolio holdings, is available exclusively to paid subscribers ("Protected Content").
4. Subscription and Access
Paid subscriptions are processed through Whop.com. By subscribing, you also agree to Whop's Terms of Use. Compound Research LLC does not store your payment information. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. You may not share account credentials or Protected Content with any third party. We reserve the right to modify subscription models, pricing, or access methods at any time.
5. Prohibited Redistribution of Protected Content
Access to Protected Content is strictly limited to the individual subscriber for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will not:
- Share, distribute, or disclose Protected Content to any third party
- Post or transmit content via social media, forums, or messaging platforms (including Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar)
- Reproduce, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Protected Content
- Use Protected Content to create competing products or services
- Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the Site
- Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or subscription mechanisms
Any violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
6. No Commercial Use
You may not use the Site or Protected Content to operate an investment advisory or asset management service, manage third-party capital, publish or redistribute signals or derived portfolios, or create competing financial products or services.
7. Not Investment Advice
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment. 8. Model Portfolio Disclosures
Model portfolios are hypothetical and include back-tested and model-based results. They do not represent actual trading in client accounts. Performance results do not reflect transaction costs, fees, taxes, or market impact, and may differ materially from actual results.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including model portfolios, methodologies, algorithms, text, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive proprietary property of Compound Research LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
10. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors.
11. Modification of Services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any model portfolio, strategy, holdings, or feature of the Services at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compound Research LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including investment or trading losses, loss of profits, or business interruption. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Services during the preceding twelve (12) months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Compound Research LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, unauthorized sharing of Protected Content, or violation of applicable laws.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Access to Protected Content will terminate immediately upon subscription lapse or termination.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
